Can I switch partner without hassle?
It depends on your current agreement and on who owns your licences. You do not have to switch everything at once. Start with a free licence review or one case, and we will go through together what a switch requires.
Can you deliver the same quality at this price?
We have no customer stories yet because Addverk is new, and we do not invent any. Our prices are open, and they are kept down by how we work: AI tools, the Danish working day (Central European Time), which is roughly 11:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time in winter and 10:00 to 18:00 in summer and employed consultants. We do not cut corners on quality to get there. You can test us without risk: start with the free licence review or a single support case at AED 265/h, without a subscription.
What about data protection?
Every customer gets a data processing agreement with us, and consultants with access to your data are employed, not freelancers. The agreement describes what we process and how. We use AI tools in the work, and you can ask to see which before you sign.
Is there a commitment or notice period?
Support at AED 265/h requires no agreement. For the support subscription we have not set the commitment period and notice terms yet. You get the terms in writing before you order, and you are only bound once you have said yes.
