Who is the data controller
Addverk is run by PMN Nordic Management Consultant - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. You can write to us at tk@pmn.ae.
What information we process
When you fill in a form, we store what you write: name, work e-mail, company, phone, topic and message. When you sign up for the newsletter, the waiting list or a group notice, we store your e-mail, what you signed up for, and the consent text you were shown.
We also store which page you wrote from, and any campaign details in the address, so we can see which ads work.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry
- To send the newsletter or the message you have consented to
- To measure which pages and ads lead to enquiries
Cookies and measurement
We only set cookies for measurement and advertising if you say yes in the cookie banner. If you say no, the site works the same way.
Who receives the information
The information is kept with our suppliers of hosting and database. As the data controller is in the United Arab Emirates, the information is also processed outside the EU.
We do not sell your information and do not pass it on to others for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as the dialogue or a customer relationship lasts, and then for up to two years. We keep sign-ups until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can get access to your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw a consent. Write to tk@pmn.ae. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Customers: data processing agreement
When we work in a customer's Business Central, it is under a data processing agreement, which the customer receives before we get access.
