What does Business Central support cost in the UAE?

If you look for the hourly rate of Business Central support in the UAE, you will often not find it. Most UAE BC partners we looked at in October 2026 do not publish hourly support rates on their websites. That makes it hard to compare, and it means you often have to ask before you know what an hour costs. The hourly rate is only part of the sum. Also ask who does the work, whether there is a minimum charge, how fast you get a reply, and whether the task can be given a fixed price, so you do not have to guess the hours. We are a party to the matter, so read our figures with that in mind: with us, support costs AED 210/h for subscribers and AED 265/h for others, phone support AED 530/h, and the subscription AED 79 per user per month. All prices excl. VAT. In this article we explain how the price is possible and give you a list of questions you can ask any partner, including us.

How our price can be kept

The consultants work with AI tools, so routine tasks take less time. They cover the Danish working day (Central European Time), which is roughly 11:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time in winter and 10:00 to 18:00 in summer, and round-the-clock cover is not part of the price. They are employed by us, and every customer gets a data processing agreement.

We are a new house with no customer stories. Keep that in mind when you compare.

When does a subscription pay off?

With us, the support subscription costs AED 79 per user per month and lowers the hourly rate from AED 265 to AED 210. It pays off when you use more than about 1.5 support hours per subscribed user per month (AED 79 / AED 55 = 1.44 h). If you use less, AED 265/h without a subscription is cheaper.
