Is the support subscription cheaper for you?
The subscription costs AED 79 per user per month and lowers the hourly rate from AED 265 to AED 210. It pays off when you use more than about 1.5 support hours per subscribed user per month (AED 79 / AED 55 = 1.44 h). If you use less, AED 265/h without a subscription is cheaper. All prices excl. VAT.
How the price can be kept low. We say it openly.
All prices exclude VAT. Addverk is a new company and has no customer references yet.

Can you deliver the same quality at this price?
We have no customer stories yet because Addverk is new, and we do not invent any. The price is low because we work differently: AI tools, the Danish working day (Central European Time), which is roughly 11:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time in winter and 10:00 to 18:00 in summer and employed consultants. We are not cheap because we cut corners on quality. You can test us without risk: start with the free licence review or a single support case at AED 265/h, without a subscription.
What about data protection?
Every customer gets a data processing agreement with us, and consultants with access to your data are employed, not freelancers. The agreement describes what we process and how. We use AI tools in the work, and you can ask to see which before you sign.
Who are the consultants?
Employed Business Central consultants who cover the Danish working day (Central European Time), which is roughly 11:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time in winter and 10:00 to 18:00 in summer. Can I switch partner without hassle?
It depends on your current agreement and on who owns your licences. You do not have to switch everything at once. Start with a free licence review or one case, and we will go through together what a switch requires.
Is there a commitment or notice period?
Support at AED 265/h requires no agreement. For the support subscription we have not set the commitment period and notice terms yet. You get the terms in writing before you order, and you are only bound once you have said yes.
How fast do you reply?
The response time is agreed with each customer. The support subscription gives a response-time guarantee, but the time is not set generally yet. We reply during the Danish working day (Central European Time), which is roughly 11:00 to 19:00 Gulf Standard Time in winter and 10:00 to 18:00 in summer, and you see the agreed response time in the agreement before you pay.
